This statement explains Coastal IT Resources (CITR's)
policies relating to the collection of your personal information. CITR regards your privacy as very important.

of information. If you prefer, you can always contact us by telephone

form for the purpose of CITR making direct contact or to email
further information. You are only asked to provide enough information
for CITR fulfil the desired action. We will record the information
you provide to facilitate follow up. Only authorised CITR staff
will have access to the information, and it will not be added to
a mailing list unless you request that this be done. We will not
disclose it without your consent. If we are sending you information,
we may contact you afterward to enquire if you require anything
further.

either in an email message or via a web page form. It will only
be used for the purpose for which you provide it, and will not be

Information recorded
When you visit this site, CITR ’s server may log certain
information provided by your browser software. This information
may be used to create summary statistics which allow us to assess
the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, discover
what information is most and least used, determine technical design
specifications, and help us make our site more useful to other visitors.
